Picking Up Food for Yourself

If you’re new to The Pantry, we ask that you fill out our registration form when you arrive and bring the following items with you:

  • For everyone: bring both a photo ID and proof of residency (mail matching the address and name on your ID)
  • For Veterans: also bring your military ID or a copy of your DD214

Doing so allows us to stay connected with you. It also helps us keep track of the number of people we serve, as well as areas that need extra help. Register today to get your food and to help us better serve our community.

Picking Up Food for Someone Else

What to Expect When You Arrive

1. Arrive at Lowe’s Ready to Go

Our parking lot opens 30 minutes before distribution. Before arriving, gather your photo ID and proof of residency, fill out the registration form, clear out your trunk, and bring a mask to wear. You may bring passengers, but please leave any furry friends at home.

2. Our Lot Attendant Will Guide You

As you pull into our parking lot, a friendly attendant will direct you into line with the other vehicles. Please remain in your car with your mask on. They’ll check to make sure you’re registered and confirm your identification.

3. Just Sit Back and Relax

When it’s your turn for distribution, the parking lot attendant will wave you through and tell you where to stop. At that point, all you have to do is pop your trunk and our smiling team of volunteers will handle the rest. Simple right?

4. Head Home to Enjoy Some Great Meals

Once our volunteers finish loading food into your trunk, they’ll close it up, shoot a big thumbs-up your way, and wish you well. You can head home ready to break into your bags of tasty treats.
